Agriculture and natural resources law reform
The partnership has extensive experience in advising developing countries and countries in transition on legislative and administrative reforms concerning agriculture, the environment and renewable natural resources.
The issues that may be addressed include:
- Environment
- Fisheries and aquaculture
- Forestry
- Wildlife
- Protected areas
- Pesticides
- Animal health
- Plant protection
Funding may be provided by international organizations such as FAO and the World Bank, bilateral development agencies such as GIZ and DFID, or private firms operating with EU or other international donors’ support.
Mr Christy and Ms Cirelli have done field work in over 40 countries.
